Objective To explore the effect of interventional nursing in postoperative limb care of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes after PCI.Methods:The study was carried out from July 2020 to July 2021.The coordinator was 60 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes admitted to our hospital, who were divided into 30 cases/group according to the method of drawing lots. All patients were treated with PCI, the control group received traditional nursing, and the observation group received interventional nursing. The incidence of complications, satisfaction, hospital stay, and swelling rate of the operative limb were compared between the two groups. Results: the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The swelling rate of operative limb in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: PCI and interventional nursing intervention can control the occurrence of complications in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. The satisfaction of nursing is high, the swelling rate of surgical limbs is low, and the length of hospital stay is shortened, which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
