Objective To investigate the effects of voxetine combined with EEG biofeedback on mood, social cognitive function and inflammatory status of depression.Methods: 70 patients with depression treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two groups by digital random table method.The control group and the observation group each had 35 patients.The control group was treated with voxetine, and the observation group was treated with voxetine combined with EEG biofeedback.Both groups were treated for 3 months.After the treatment, the changes of various indicators in the two groups were collected and observed.Results: After treatment, the emotional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The cognitive function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Observation group IL-1β、 The TIL-18 and CRP levels in the control group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Vothioxetine combined with EEG biofeedback therapy can improve the mood of depression patients, reduce their inflammatory state in vivo, and improve their social cognitive function.
