摘要
目的:探讨对面瘫康复期患者给予不同针灸顺序治疗的效果.方法:在2020年5月至2022年5月时段我院收治的面瘫康复期患者中选取60例配合研究,依照双盲法均分,人数30例/组.对照组采取先针刺再闪罐治疗,观察组采取先闪罐再针刺治疗.分析比对整体效果、治疗时间、疼痛率、面瘫评分及生活质量评分.结果:观察组整体效果较对照组高(P ＜ 0.05);观察组治疗时间、疼痛率较对照组优(P ＜ 0.05);治疗前两组患者的面瘫评分及生活质量评分比对无显著差异性(P ＞ 0.05),治疗后观察组面瘫评分及生活质量评分较对
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different acupuncture sequences on patients with facial paralysis in the rehabilitation period. Methods: From May 2020 to May 2022, 60 patients with facial paralysis in the rehabilitation period were selected to cooperate in the study, and were equally divided according to the double blind method, with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture followed by flash cupping, while the observation group was treated with flash cupping followed by acupuncture.The overall effect, treatment time, pain rate, facial paralysis score and quality of life score were analyzed and compared.Results: the overall effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); The treatment time and pain rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05); There was no significant difference in facial paralysis score and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05), but the facial paralysis score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The effect of flash cupping followed by acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis in the rehabilitation period is obvious.Stimulating the facial meridians, unblocking the blood stasis meridians, and cooperating with acupuncture can shorten the treatment time and control the degree of acupuncture pain, which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
