Objective To explore the anesthetic value and safety of continuous infusion of benzenesulfoacetic atracurium in laparoscopic abdominal surgery. Methods: 90 patients with laparoscopic abdominal surgery from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by numerical table method. The control group (45 cases) received intermittent infusion of cisatracurium besulfonate in real time; In the experimental group (45 cases), cisatracurium besulfonate was continuously infused. The anesthetic effect and safety were compared and analyzed. Results: In the experimental group, the dosage of benzenesulfonate cisatracurium was smaller (P; The recovery index, TOF 70% time and TOF 90% time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Continuous infusion of bensulfo cisatracurium anesthesia can effectively reduce the dosage and duration of drug use in patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery, with less muscle relaxation and better muscle recovery.
