摘要
目的:分析阿立哌唑与氨磺必利联合治疗精神分裂症的效果.方法:选择我院2021年6月-2022年9月治疗的精神分裂症患者60例作为研究对象,以患者治疗方法为分组标准,对照组30例患者口服氨磺必利治疗,观察组采取氨磺必利与阿立哌唑联合治疗,对比两组患者疾病治疗效果及安全性等指标.结果:有效率指标对比中,观察组指标比对照组高,P ＜ 0.05.治疗前,两组患者阴性症状及阳性症状评分对比,P ＞ 0.05;治疗后,观察组患者阴性症状及阳性症状评分比对照组低,P ＜ 0.05.观察组嗜睡、体质量增高、胃肠道功能紊乱
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of aripiprazole combined with amsulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods: A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected as research objects.The treatment methods were used as grouping criteria, 30 patients in the control group were treated with amsulpiride orally, and the observation group was treated with amsulpiride combined with aripiprazole.The efficacy and safety of disease treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: In the comparison of effective index, the index of observation group was higher than that of control group, P＜0.05.Before treatment, the negative symptom and positive symptom scores of the two groups were compared, P＞0.05; After treatment, the negative and positive symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P＜0.05.In the observation group, there were 1 cases of drowsiness, 1 cases of increased body mass and 0 cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction, respectively, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67％.In the control group, there were 3 cases of drowsiness, body mass increase and gastrointestinal dysfunction, 4 cases and 3 cases respectively, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 33.33％.The adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, P＜0.05.Conclusion: Amsulpiride combined with aripiprazole is effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia.
