Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of leoxitirizine hydrochloride tablets + mometasone furoate cream on eczema patients. Methods: A total of 92 eczema patients admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into conventional and experimental groups by computer generated random number method.Mometasone furoate cream, leoxitirizine hydrochloride tablets and mometasone furoate cream were respectively selected for treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group (93.48%) was higher than that of the conventional group (78.26%).After treatment, the score of the severity of skin symptoms and the area of skin lesions in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the disappearance time of pain, scale, erythema, infiltration and blister was shorter in the experimental group than that in the conventional group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of eczema patients with mometasone furoate cream and leoxitirizine hydrochloride tablets can optimize the therapeutic effect, improve the skin lesions, promote the early disappearance of symptoms, and will not cause many adverse reactions.
