Objective To analyze the clinical effect of washing red blood cells infusion in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia.Methods: 70 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia in our hospital were selected for study.Among them, 35 patients who were transfused with de-leucocyte were included in the control group, and 35 patients who were transfused with washed red blood cells were included in the observation group.Evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results: According to the test results of Hb, RBC, TBIL and Ret, there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05).From the total effectiveness of blood transfusion treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05).From the total incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of washed red blood cells infusion in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia is similar to that of leukopenia, which can effectively promote the improvement of relevant laboratory indicators, with fewer adverse reactions.
