Objective To investigate the effect of electronic rhinolaryngoscopy in otorhinolaryngological diseases.METHODS: Fifty-five patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected, and electronic rhinolaryngoscopy (observation group) and conventional fiberoptic rhinolaryngoscopy (control group) were performed on all patients.The examination results were compared.RESULTS: The diagnostic detection and confirmation rates were higher and the misdiagnosis and leakage rates were lower in the observation group (P<0.05); and the diagnostic satisfaction, comfort, practicality and accuracy scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of electronic rhinolaryngoscopy in otorhinolaryngological diseases is very effective.
