摘要
目的:探讨康复护理结合针灸理疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的应用效果.方法:随机选取2020年11月-2022年11月我院接收的76名腰椎间盘突出症患者作为本研究对象,通过随机数字表法对研究对象进行分组,其中,参照组38例,实施针灸理疗+常规护理,观察组38例,采取针灸理疗.研究并比较双方患者的治疗情况.结果:观察组治疗有效率、护理满意度均高于参照组,腰椎活动度、腰椎功能情况均优于参照组,,中医症状评分更低,P ＜ 0.05.结论:将康复护理应用于腰椎间盘突出症针灸理疗过程中,可以改善患者症状,具有临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and physical therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 76 patients with lumbar disc herniation received by our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and the study subjects were divided into groups by random number table method.Among them, 38 patients in the reference group were treated with acupuncture and physical therapy plus routine nursing, and 38 patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and physical therapy.Study and compare the treatment of patients from both sides.Results: The treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group, and the lumbar motion and lumbar function of the observation group were better than those of the reference group.The score of TCM symptoms was lower (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of rehabilitation nursing in acupuncture and physical therapy of lumbar disc herniation can improve the symptoms of patients and has clinical application value.
