Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on function recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: A total of 92 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided by random number table method, observation group and control group, all n=46, and the basic data of patients were comparable (P＞0.05).The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The improvement of lumbar function and pain degree was compared between the two groups, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. Results: Comparison of JOA and VAS scores between 2 groups (P＞0.05); After nursing, the JOA and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medical treatment should play a prominent role in patients with lumbar disc herniation, and can improve the lumbar function and pain degree of patients, and it is worth popularizing.
