Objective To analyze the influence and application value of early nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome of diabetes patients during pregnancy.Methods: 76 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the research group by drawing lots.Routine intervention and early nursing intervention were carried out respectively, and blood glucose indicators, adverse pregnancy outcomes, adverse neonatal outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results: The adverse pregnancy outcome, neonatal adverse outcome and blood glucose index of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and their nursing satisfaction rate was higher (P.Conclusion: Early nursing intervention is an effective nursing measure for patients with gestational diabetes, and has significant application value in preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse outcomes.
