Objective To analyze the COPD patients with type II respiratory failure in the application of noninvasive ventilator treatment.To provide comfortable nursing for patients, the effect on the treatment of patients.Methods 88 patients with COPD and type II respiratory failure in our center were selected as the research objects.The patients were treated from October 2021 to October 2022.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.44 patients in the routine group were treated with routine mode.44 patients in the experimental group were treated with comfortable nursing.The heart rate and respiratory rate before and after nursing, the compliance comfort and nursing satisfaction score after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate, respiratory rate, compliance comfort and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure treated by non-invasive ventilator, comfortable nursing is of great value to the improvement of respiratory rate and heart rate, and it is also helpful to improve the compliance comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients.The application value is significant and worthy of promotion.
