Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing for children with pneumonia.Methods 80 children with pediatric pneumonia were enrolled from August 2018 to October 2020.The children were divided into two groups according to the one-to-one bicolor method, 40 cases of control group and 40 cases of nursing group.The control group was given basic nursing, on the basis of which targeted nursing was applied to the nursing group.The time of symptom disappearance between the two groups was compared, the sleep quality of the two groups was investigated by means of the scale, and the treatment compliance and parental nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted and compared.Results Compared with the control group, the time of symptom disappearance in nursing group was shorter, P＜0.05; Compared with the control group, the sleep disorder score of the nursing group was lower after intervention, P＜0.05; Compared with the control group, the treatment compliance of the nursing group was higher, P＜0.05; Compared with the control group, parents in the nursing group scored higher on all aspects of satisfaction (P＜0.05).Conclusion Children with pediatric pneumonia receiving targeted nursing can improve nursing efficiency, is conducive to the children''s symptoms, improve their treatment compliance and reduce sleep disorders, parents have a high degree of recognition for this nursing mode.
