Objective To study and analyze the application value of routine electrocardiogram and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods: From May 2021 to December 2021, 87 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were treated with clinical examination.Routine electrocardiogram and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were used to analyze the examination results and the role of disease diagnosis.Results: Routine electrocardiogram and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were carried out.The detection rate of coronary heart disease was higher (P, The detection of ST segment abnormality and the comparison of the detected parts of ST segment showed significant difference in data of different inspection methods (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The diagnosis of coronary heart disease, using 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram detection, can be more accurate than conventional electrocardiogram to detect the sick, and promote the diagnosis of patients.
