This paper reports a case of 37 weeks of pregnancy, pregnancy with cholelithiasis, misdiagnosed as acute fatty liver of pregnancy. Obstetricians should raise awareness of these diseases to reduce or avoid misdiagnosis of pregnancy with cholelithiasis and acute fatty liver of pregnancy.
