Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood ultrafiltration in the treatment of heart failure.Method: 121 patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2018 to 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (61 cases) and control group (60 cases).The control group received diuretic agent, vasodilator, cardiotonic agent, acid-base balance maintenance and other medical treatments, on the basis of which dopamine 20mg was added to 250m15％ glucose injection intravenously, once a day.Dobutamine 20mg was added into 250m15％glucose injection intravenously, once a day, for continuous 7 days.On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given continuous veno-venous hemofiltration technology for blood ultrafiltration treatment.Results: There was no statistical significance in blood pressure, heart rate, B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), hypersensitive C-reactive protein and 24h urine volume between 2 groups before treatment (P > 0.05), but there was no statistical significance in blood pressure, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and 24h urine volume between 2 groups after treatment (P > 0.05).After treatment, the B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke output at the end of left ventricular diastolic diameter and left ventricular myocardial mass index in the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after 1 week of treatment.There was statistical significance between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Ultrafiltration therapy can significantly improve cardiac output, left ventricular ejection fraction, reduce left ventricular enddiastolic diameter and left ventricular myocardial mass index, and significantly improve cardiac function.The clinical efficacy is significant, worthy of promotion.
