目的:探讨分析社区健康管理对慢性病防治的效果.方法:选取2021年8月至2022年8月本社区收治的160例慢性疾病患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各80例.比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量、遵医行为和治疗认知水平与预防认知水平、血压达标、血糖达标、血脂达标的人数以及对管理工作的满意率.结果:干预后,试验组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05),试验组干预后血压达标、血糖达标、血脂达标率高于对照组(P ＜ 0.05),试验组患者对管理工作的满意率高于对照组(P ＜ 0.05),试验组患者的治
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of community health management on the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Methods: 160 patients with chronic diseases admitted to our community from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and test group, 80 patients in each group.The psychological status, quality of life, compliance behavior, treatment cognitive level, prevention cognitive level, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and satisfaction rate of management were compared between the two groups.Results: After the intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients in the test group were lower than those in the control group (P, The SF-36 score and compliance behavior score of patients in the test group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Community health management for patients with chronic diseases can effectively improve their psychological status, quality of life and compliance behavior, and effectively improve their awareness of diseases.
