Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of anti-glaucoma surgery in patients with persistent ocular hypertension.Method: A total of 156 glaucoma patients enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected as observation objects, and the patients were divided into groups based on intraocular pressure (78 cases in the control group and 78 cases in the observation group respectively). The intraocular pressure after medication was less than 40mmhg in the control group and more than 40mmhg in the observation group. Both groups were treated with antiglaucoma surgery. To evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment. Results: In terms of therapeutic effect, the effective rate was 96.15% in the observation group (28 cases were obvious effective, 47 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective). In the control group (29 cases of obvious effect, 48 cases of effective, 1 case of ineffective), the effective rate was 98.17%, the comparison of the effective rate of disease treatment, P>0.05. Before and after treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups was compared, P>0.05; before treatment, the intraocular pressure of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment, the intraocular pressure of the observation group was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was higher than control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: Anti-glaucoma surgery is effective for patients with persistent high intraocular pressure glaucoma, but the patient has high intraocular pressure and high treatment risk.Medical staff should combine the characteristics of the patient''s condition, do a good job in the intraoperative work, to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
