Objective To explore the value of attached gingival reconstruction in oral implant repair.Methods In this study, a total of 100 patients with dental implant repair who entered our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group and the observation group focused on the comparison of the treatment effect, the improvement of bleeding index and depth of exploration, the improvement of the width of the buccal lingual (palatal) side of the attached gingiva and the width of the keratinized mucosa, and the postoperative beauty of the two groups.Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups, and the observation group was higher (P＜0.05); After operation, the patients in both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of attached gingival reconstruction in oral implant repair is significant, which can improve the postoperative beauty of patients.It is recommended to promote the clinical application.
