Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods: 74 patients with laparoscopic appendicitis received by our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study, and the subjects were divided into groups by random number table method.Among them, 37 patients in the reference group and 37 patients in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention.Study and compare the nursing conditions of patients from both sides.Results: Compared with the reference group, the observation group had lower scores of anxiety and depression, higher nursing satisfaction, and better clinical indicators.The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: It is of clinical value to apply psychological nursing intervention to the nursing intervention of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.
