Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with path breathing training in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 40 patients of esophageal cancer surgery from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected into 20 patients.The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group carried out rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with path breathing training.The two groups of psychological resilience, lung function indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results All scores of the nursing psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume (FEV), and maximum ventilation (MVV) were higher than that of the control group, and the observation group (90.00％) was higher than that of the control group (60.00％), showing a statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing and path breathing training for esophageal cancer surgery patients can effectively improve psychological toughness and lung function, and their nursing satisfaction is high.
