Objective To explore the effect of digital medical record information technology on hospital work efficiency and medical record management level.Methods: 600 medical records received by our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the study object, as the reference group, and 600 medical records from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group.The reference group adopted conventional management, and the observation group adopted digital medical record information technology management to observe and analyze the effect of medical record management.Results: The utilization rate of medical records, medical insurance and patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group; The incidence of medical record filing and repair and medical record writing errors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of digital medical record information technology in hospital medical record management has clinical application value.
