Objective To analyze and study the influence of pharmaceutical intervention mode on rational drug use management when antibacterial drugs are used in pediatric outpatient treatment.Methods: 110 children who need to be treated with antibacterial drugs were randomly selected from the pediatric outpatient clinic in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022, and the treatment service scores, irrational drug use, treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups of children were compared.Results: The family members of children in the study group scored higher on the treatment services than those in the study group; The adverse reactions of children in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group (χ2=4.681, P=0.031).Conclusion: The application of pharmaceutical intervention mode can effectively reduce irrational drug use, prevent adverse reactions, and have a higher therapeutic effect.
