Objective To demonstrate the clinical effect of green channel thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 from control group and observation group; the control group adopted the conventional treatment plan in the hospital and the observation group; and the treatment effect, NHSS score, quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results: The total response rate, NIHSS score, quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions of the patients were the opening of the control group, with significant difference (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: Emergency green channel thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively control the abnormalities of injured nerve cells and nerve function, enabling patients to get timely thrombolysis and restore blood flow, with ideal prognosis effect.
