Objective To observe the clinical effect of the improved new labor process management for the painless delivery women under epidural anesthesia.Methods In this study, 100 cases of painless delivery women under epidural anesthesia from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected, and 50 cases of observation group and 50 cases of control group were established (through systematic sampling).Observation group: improved management of new labor process model; Control group: conventional new labor process mode.Results The duration of labor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the probability of spontaneous labor was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the measured value of quality of life was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The results of management intervention of improved new labor process model are better.
