Objective To analyze the effect of children intravenous puncture and transfusion nursing in emergency children transfusion room. Methods: Eighty children with acute venipuncture from January to December in the emergency 2021 were selected and 2021 into the control group (N = 40) and the experimental group (N = 40).The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given infusion nursing. Results:The success rate of one puncture and treatment compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group The degree of satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p ＜ 0.05) Conclusion: Nursing care of children in emergency room can achieve significant nursing effect, effectively improve the success rate of children''s intravenous puncture, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
