Objective To explore the clinical application value of 3D digital subtraction angiography (3 D-DSA) for detecting intracranial aneurysms. Methods The 40 patients with intracranial aneurysm presented to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was examined by 3D-DSA, while the control group used 3D CT angiography (3D-CTA) to observe the clinical examination data and images of the two groups, took the whole cerebral angiography as the gold standard, and analyzed the detection to evaluate the clinical application value of 3 D-MSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Results After 3D-CTA, the positive detection rate was 97.50%, and a total of 69 lesions were detected. The diameter of the intracranial aneurysm was 1.35mm-18.00mm with a mean (12.43 ± 3.82) mm.Diameter: 12 intracranial aneurysm lesions of 1.35mm~3mm, 423-5mm and 155mm-18mm.40 patients with intracranial aneurysm were detected by 3D-DSA, with a positive detection rate of 92.50%, with a total of 72 lesions. The diameter of the intracranial aneurysm was 1.35mm-18.00mm with a mean (12.63 ± 3.71) mm.Twelve intracranial aneurysm lesions were of 1.35mm-3.00mm in diameter, 46 from 3 to 5mm, and 14 from 5 mm to 18mm.Conclusion 3D-DSA and 3D-CTA technology are of significant clinical value, and appropriate diagnostic methods can be selected according to the actual situation and severity of the patient, so 3D-DSA is worthwhile in clinical practice.
