Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection for abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps. Methods: in January 2020 to December 2022 during my hospital admitted endometrial polyps cause abnormal uterine bleeding patients in 60 patients as the object of this analysis, by computer random selection method selected cases into two groups, including observation group and control group, each group of 30 cases, give control group hysteroscopic scraping treatment, give observation group hysteroscopic resection treatment, comparing the final treatment effect. Results: after treatment observation group patients intraoperative blood loss, operation time and complications are less than the control group, patients postoperative pain is less than the control group, postoperative menstrual volume, endometrial thickness and hemoglobin improvement effect is better than the control group, 6 months postoperative recurrence rate is low, the final treatment total effective rate is higher than the control group, the results of the two groups of indicators after statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: Timely treatment of hysteroscopic electroresection for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of clinical diseases, and the operation is less traumatic, so it can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications, and improve the prognostic effect of patients.
