摘要

目的:综合分析模块化管理在无偿献血志愿者管理中的应用效果.方法:本次研究的主要对象为:无偿献血志愿者(共200例,此次研究开始于2021年5月,结束于2022年12月).按照数字随机表法分为两组,一组为对照组(100例无偿献血志愿者入组,应用常规管理方法),另一组为实验组(100例无偿献血志愿者入组,应用模块化管理方法).采用统计学分析两组无偿献血志愿者服务态度(积极、消极)、管理依从性(完全依从、部分依从、不依从)、服务时间、对管理满意率(非常满意、比较满意、不满意).结果:对比两组无偿献血志愿者服务态

Abstract

Objective To comprehensively analyze the application effect of modular management in the management of unpaid blood donation volunteers.Methods: The main subjects of this study were: unpaid blood donation volunteers (a total of 200 cases, this study began in May 2021 and ended in December 2022).Divide into two groups according to the digital random table method, one group is the control group (100 unpaid blood donation volunteers enrolled, using conventional management methods), and the other group is the experimental group (100 unpaid blood donation volunteers enrolled, using modular management methods).Statistical analysis was used to analyze the service attitude (positive and negative), management compliance (complete compliance, partial compliance, and non compliance), service time, and satisfaction rate with management (very satisfied, relatively satisfied, and dissatisfied) of two groups of unpaid blood donation volunteers.Resulst: Comparing the service attitude (positive), management compliance (complete compliance+partial compliance), and satisfaction rate (very satisfied+quite satisfied) of two groups of unpaid blood donation volunteers, the results showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparing the negative service attitudes of two groups of unpaid blood donation volunteers, the results showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Conclusion: Modular management has a high management effect in the management of unpaid blood donation volunteers, which can significantly improve their service enthusiasm and satisfaction rate with management, and extend their service time.
