目的:对妇产超声用于绝经后阴道出血患者诊疗中的应用价值进行研究以及探索.方法:从本院2020年11月-2021年11月我院收治的绝经后阴道出血患者中选取100名患者作为本次研究的对象,对所有患者都通过妇产超声进行检查,并将检查结果与临床病理诊断结果进行对比,判断妇产超声用于绝经后阴道出血患者诊疗中的应用效果.结果:通过对比患者妇产超声以及临床病理检查的结果可以发现,妇产超声对于萎缩性子宫内膜、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜癌以及子宫粘膜肌瘤的诊断正确率分别为94.11％、100.00％、
Abstract
Objective To study and explore the application value of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients.Method: 100 patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were examined using gynecological and obstetric ultrasound, and the examination results were compared with clinical pathological diagnosis to determine the application effect of gynecological and obstetric ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients.By comparing the results of gynecological ultrasound and clinical pathological examination of patients, it can be found that the diagnostic accuracy of gynecological ultrasound for atrophic endometrium, endometrial polyps, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, and uterine mucosal fibroids is 94.11％, 100.00％, 93.75％, 94.44％, 92.86％, and 100.00％, respectively, with a total accuracy of 96.00％, and there is no significant difference from the clinical pathological diagnosis results.At the same time, the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of gynecological ultrasound for benign and malignant lesions in Du Yu''s uterus were 86.67％ (13/15), 94.12％ (80/85), and 93.00％ (93/100), respectively, without significant differences.This can provide effective reference for clinical followup treatment.Conclusion: Obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound has good diagnostic and therapeutic value for patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, which is beneficial for assessing the patient''s condition and providing effective guidance for clinical treatment.
