Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing mode based on root cause analysis on patients receiving hip replacement surgery and the impact on patient nursing satisfaction, physical and mental stress indicators. Methods: 85 patients with hip replacement surgery admitted in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2022 were taken as the nursing research object.85 patients with hip replacement surgery were divided into the reference group (42 cases) and the study group (43 cases) by means of computer randomization. The former was given routine nursing intervention in the operating room, while the latter carried out the operating room nursing mode based on root cause analysis, and compared the nursing effect difference between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after intervention (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The preoperative SAS score, postoperative VAS score, ET-1 level and COR level in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion: In the operating room nursing for patients with hip replacement surgery, the effect of giving nursing based on root cause analysis is very significant, not only can improve and strengthen the satisfaction of patients with surgical care, but also can reduce the mental and physical stress response of patients in the perioperative period, and help patients to return to normal life as soon as possible after surgery.
