Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of sindillizumab combined with oxaliplatin and Digio on clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 60 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included in the category of objects of this study.The patients were divided into a control group (n=30, oxaliplatin combined with Digio) and a study group (n=30, sindillizumab combined with oxaliplatin and Digio) according to sequential random number analysis on admission. The SF36 quality of life score, the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results The SF36 rating scale was used to compare the quality of life of the two groups in terms of mental health, social function, physical role and function.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05), and the scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the study group was significantly higher than the reference group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups was significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group (P＜0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was significantly lower in the study group than in the reference group (P＜0.05), and the data between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of Sindillimab combined with oxaliplatin and Teggio in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer has a definite effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect, significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, stable efficacy, safe and reliable, and has a high clinical application value.
