Objective To analyze and study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on their neurological function and its application value.Methods: 74 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group by drawing lots.Basic nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention were given respectively to compare the severity of central injury, self-care ability, complications and quality of life. Results: The incidence of complications and the score of central injury in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the scores of quality of life and self-care ability were higher.Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve the nervous function of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, prevent complications and improve self-care ability.
