摘要
目的:总结临床护理路径在食管癌围手术期患者中的应用价值.方法:研究对象为100例食管癌患者,研究时间2021年10月～2022年10月,参照计算机分组方法将患者分为两组,即对照组、实验组,每组各50例,在围手术期中对照组实施常规护理,在此基础上上实验组实施临床护理路径,对比两组护理结果.结果:两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、住院时间、总并发症发生率、对护理满意度指标之间有着显著差异(P ＜ 0.05).结论:临床护理路径应用在食管癌围手术期患者中,能有效提高患者对护理的满意度、减少并发症的发生、缩
Abstract
Objective To summarize the application value of clinical nursing pathway in patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period.Methods:The subjects of the study were 100 patients with esophageal cancer from October 2021 to October 2022.According to the computer grouping method, the patients were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. During the perioperative period, the control group implemented routine nursing.On this basis, the experimental group implemented clinical nursing path, and compared the nursing results of the two groups.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, exhaust time, hospital stay, total complication rate and nursing satisfaction index (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period can effectively improve patients'' satisfaction with nursing, reduce the occurrence of complications, shorten hospital stay, and promote rehabilitation.The application prospect is broad and can be promoted.
