Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods: 62 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding who were accepted by our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study, and the subjects were divided into groups by random number table method.Among them, 31 patients in the reference group received routine nursing, and 31 patients in the observation group received routine nursing, covering the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, recurrence rate, success rate of hemostasis, nursing recognition, clinical indicators, and adverse emotions.Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05); The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing intervention of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the patients'' bad mood and has clinical application value.
