摘要
目的:探讨全程优质护理联合呼吸道管理对重症颅脑外伤患者的应用效果.方法:随机选取2021年1月-2022年6月我院接收的92名重症颅脑外伤患者作为本研究对象,通过随机数字表法对研究对象进行分组,参照组46例,实施常规护理法,观察组46例,采取全程优质护理联合呼吸道管理.研究并比较双方患者的护理情况.结果:和参照组相比,观察组治疗有效率更高,护理满意度更高,,神经功能缺损评分更低,运动功能评分更高,生活能力评分更高,P ＜ 0.05.结论:将全程优质护理联合呼吸道管理应用在重症颅脑外伤患者干预过程中,治疗效
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of whole-process high-quality nursing combined with respiratory tract management on patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods: 92 patients with severe craniocerebral injury received by our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The subjects were divided into groups by random number table method.46 patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing method, and 46 patients in the observation group were treated with whole-process high-quality nursing combined with respiratory tract management.Study and compare the nursing conditions of patients from both sides.Results: Compared with the reference group, the observation group had higher effective rate of treatment, higher nursing satisfaction, lower score of nerve function defect, higher score of motor function and higher score of life ability (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The application of whole-process high-quality nursing combined with respiratory tract management in the intervention process of patients with severe craniocerebral injury has obvious therapeutic effect.
