Objective To explore the clinical value of intensive care nursing scoring system for patients with cerebral hemorrhage in ICU.Methods: 84 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in ICU who were treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random envelope method, and their basic nursing and intensive care nursing scoring systems were given respectively, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The score of neurological deficit and the incidence of nursing risk events in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the time of mechanical ventilation, icu stay and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P.Conclusion: The application of intensive care nursing scoring system nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in ICU is beneficial to improve the neurological deficit of patients, and is worth promoting.
