目的:探讨标本溶血对临床常规生化检验结果的影响.方法:选取我院2015年3月~7月的45例体检案例,分A、B两组,试管存放,每组各2.5ml血液样本.全部患者均无导致溶血和血沉增快的疾病.A组试管置于37°水浴30min,3000rpm,离心7min.B组试管以人工方式溶血,相同条件离心,分离制备血清备用.结果:B组血清中的TP、TBIL、DBIL、UA、AST、CK、ALT、ALB测定值高于A组(P < 0.05),而LDH、K+、GLU、TG、Cr、BUN、Ca测定B组低于A组(P < 0.05),两
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of sample hemolysis on the results of routine clinical biochemical tests.Methods: 45 cases of physical examination in our hospital from March to July 2015 were divided into two groups, A and B, and stored in test tubes, with 2.5ml blood samples in each group.All patients had no disease that caused hemolysis and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Group A test tubes were placed in 37 ° water bath for 30 min, 3000 rpm, and centrifuged for 7 min.The test tubes in group B were hemolyzed artificially, centrifuged under the same conditions, and separated to prepare serum for use.Results: The serum levels of TP, TBIL, DBIL, UA, AST, CK, ALT and ALB in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05), while the levels of LDH, K+, GLU, TG, Cr, BUN and Ca in group B were lower than those in group A (P<0.05).Conclusion: The hemolysis and non-hemolysis of blood samples will affect the results of routine biochemical tests in clinical practice, so it is necessary to pay attention to the management of blood samples when collecting blood samples to reduce the occurrence of hemolysis.
