目的:分析单孔胸腔镜在自发性气胸治疗中具备的优势.方法:将2022年全年覆盖范围内自发性气胸治疗的为受试对(n=80)令患者为对照组(n=40,行传统双孔胸腔镜术式)与研究组(n=40,行单孔胸腔镜术式)参与试验.观察患者围术期指标;炎性介质细胞因子表达;治疗结局;并发症发生情况;肺功能指标.结果:研究组患者术中失血量更低,手术耗时、封闭引流时间、住院时间更短,切口长度更短、术后24小时疼痛评分与费用消耗更低,炎性介质细胞因子表达与术后并发症患者构成比更低,与对照组患者相较组间统计学意义明显(P＜0.05
Abstract
Objective To analyze the advantages of single hole thoracoscopy in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Method: A trial was conducted on patients with spontaneous pneumothorax treated throughout the year 2022, with a control group (n=40, who underwent traditional double hole thoracoscopy) and a study group (n=40, who underwent single hole thoracoscopy). Observe perioperative indicators of patients; Expression of inflammatory mediators and cytokines; Treatment outcome; The occurrence of complications; Lung function indicators. Result: The study group had lower intraoperative blood loss, shorter surgical time, chest tube retention time, hospital stay, shorter incision length, lower postoperative pain score and cost consumption, lower expression of inflammatory mediators and cytokines in patients with postoperative complications, and statistically significant differences compared to the control group (P＜0.05); There was no difference in lung function between the two groups after surgery, and the study group had a higher treatment effectiveness rate and lower recurrence rate, but there was still no statistically significant difference between the groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion:The single hole thoracoscopic surgery has a higher safety and a lower risk of postoperative inflammatory reactions in patients, making it a significant advantage.
