Objective To explore the efficacy of quality nursing service for elderly patients with osteoporosis fracture. Methods: 111 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected into control group and intervention group, and 55 patients in 56 intervention group. Patients in the control group took routine nursing operations, and on the basis of the intervention group, high-quality nursing measures were adopted to compare the differences in psychological response, complications and fracture healing between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the complication rate of the intervention patients (7.27%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (32.14%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Quality nursing care has a certain effect on improving the complication incidence and negative mood of the elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture, which can reduce the economic burden of patients in hospital to a certain extent, accelerate the healing of fracture, with good results, and can be vigorously promoted in the clinical related departments.
