Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) in Zhangdian District, Zibo, and preventive measures. Methods: from January to July 2022,131 patients with COPD were 2021, the respiratory tract secretions were sequenced and identified by MNGS using the gene sequencing instrument of Guangzhou Jinqirui Biotechnology Co. , Ltd. and Jinqirui multi-pathogen targeted sequencing kit. Results: a total of 65 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 131 patients. 42 strains (64.61%) were gram-negative bacteria. The positive rate of gram-positive bacteria was 9.23% (6 cases) , fungi was 7.69% (5 cases) , and atypical pathogens were Mycoplasma pneumoniae (2 cases) , accounting for 3.08% (5 cases) . The special pathogen was Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex flora (1 case, 1.54%) . Conclusion: the main pathogens of infection in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD are gram-negative bacteria, followed by gram-positive bacteria, viruses and fungi, this can be used as a reference for empirical use of anti-infective drugs in AECOPD patients in Zibo.
