Objective To explore the clinical effect of ankle fracture patients treated by different methods. Methods: 40 patients with ankle fracture were randomly selected, and 40 patients were divided into control group and observation group (20 cases/group) by lot. The control group was treated by manual reduction, while the observation group was treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical efficacy of ankle fracture patients in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%, P<0.05); The incidence of complications after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the data were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion: After open reduction and internal fixation for ankle fracture, the clinical effect is definite.
