Objective To analyze the effect of whole process precision nursing in patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy. Methods: 75 patients with threatened abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the conventional group (n=37) and the observation group (n=38) according to the method of random number table. Routine nursing and whole course precision nursing intervention were carried out respectively, and the application effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: The vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the conventional group, and the scores of the self rating anxiety and depression scale were lower than those of the conventional group, with significant differences between the groups (P＜0.05); The incidence of abortion and genital tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of whole process precision nursing in patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of abortion and infection, and is worth popularizing.
