Objective To study the clinical effect of breast health care applied in postpartum breast intervention on reducing the incidence of postpartum mastitis. Methods: From July 2019 to March 2022, 48 samples with postpartum mastitis were selected as the research object in this study. The 48 samples were classified according to the comparison group and the study group, and 24 samples were allocated to each group. The patients in the comparison group received regular intervention in clinical practice, and the patients in the study group received breast health intervention in clinical practice. The total effectiveness of the two groups of clinical intervention was analyzed by sample study, At the same time, the incidence of mastitis, the status of postpartum nipple and the total satisfaction of clinical intervention were compared. Results: the control group is more, P<0.05; Compared with the total satisfaction of clinical intervention, the group with stronger total satisfaction of clinical intervention was the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Intervention of postpartum mastitis patients with breast health care can not only improve the incidence of adverse reactions, but also reduce the risk of mastitis, and promote the overall effectiveness and satisfaction of clinical intervention. It has important promotion and use value in clinical practice.
