目的:探讨螺旋CT在肝脏血管瘤诊断中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年3月-2021年12月本院55例肝脏血管瘤患者,所有患者均采取螺旋CT检查,分析检查结果.结果:55例患者,总计肝脏血管瘤病灶87枚,1枚病灶、2枚病灶、3-5枚病灶分别有33例、15例与7例.病灶分布:肝实质深部、肝包膜下分别有7例与48例例;右叶与左叶分别有37例与18例.最小病灶0.5cm*0.5cm,最大病灶是6.2cm*9.3cm.经过CT平扫后发现类圆形等低密度,从密度上接近腔静脉与门静脉,CT值是30-40Hu,边界较为清楚
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of spiral CT in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma. Methods 55 patients with hepatic hemangioma in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected. All patients were examined by spiral CT and the results were analyzed. Results Of the 55 patients, a total of 87 liver angioma lesions, 1 lesion, 2 lesions, 3 to 5 lesions in 33 cases, 15 cases and 7 cases, respectively. Lesion distribution: deep liver parenchyma and subcapsular liver in 7 cases and 48 cases, respectively. There were 37 cases in the right lobe and 18 cases in the left lobe. The minimum lesion was 0.5cm*0.5cm, and the largest lesion was 6.2cm*9.3cm. After plain CT scan, it was found that the density was like circular, which was close to the vena cava and portal vein. The CT value was 30-40Hu, and the boundary was clear. For large-volume lesions, low-density areas could be found in the middle, showing fissured and irregular, with CT values of 25-30Hu. Larger foci are irregular in appearance and appear lobulated. In all patients, the arterial phase began to be enhanced at the edge, showing annular, nodular, patchy and punctate features, and was completely enhanced. In terms of density, the enhanced density was higher than that of normal liver, and close to that of abdominal aorta at the same level. Conclusion Spiral CT has a high application value in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma. It can clearly reflect the distribution and size of the lesions and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. At the same time, it may reflect the characteristics of lesion enhancement and so on.
