Objective To explore the value of nursing intervention in operating room in gastrointestinal surgical incision infection. Methods: The study subjects were 60 patients with gastrointestinal diseases, all of whom were from May 2021 to May 2022, and were divided equally according to the double-blind method, 30 patients each. All patients received surgical treatment. The control group and the observation group received traditional and operating room nursing intervention respectively. The scores of psychological state, the level of surgical indicators, nursing satisfaction and the degree of wound healing were tested. Results: Compared with the indexes of the control group, the operation index level, nursing satisfaction and wound healing rate of the observation group were better (P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: With the comprehensive implementation of nursing intervention in the operating room, the effect of gastrointestinal surgery has been significantly improved, the infection of incision has been controlled, the speed of wound healing has been promoted, and the recovery of patients has been accelerated.
