目的:分析房颤患者功能性三尖瓣反流(FTR)不同程度与临床指标、超声心动图参数的相关性.方法:研究抽选2020年7月-2022年10月院中收诊房颤患者90例,以FRT程度为分组基准,轻度反流组35例,中度反流组30例,重度反流组25例,对不同组别临床指标、超声心动图参数作相关性分析.结果:重度组年龄低于轻度组、中度组(P＜0.05);轻度组年龄低于中度组(P＜0.05);重度组房颤年限、其他超声心动图参数,高于中度组、低度组(P＜0.05);中度组房颤年限、其他超声心动图参数,高于低度组(P＜0.05);
Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation of different degrees of functional tricuspid regurgitation (FTR) with clinical indicators and echocardiographic parameters in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods: The study selected 90 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to October 2022. Based on the degree of FRT, there were 35 cases in the mild reflux group, 30 cases in the moderate reflux group, and 30 cases in the severe reflux group. Group 25 cases, the correlation analysis was made on the clinical indicators and echocardiographic parameters of different groups. Results: The age of the severe group was lower than that of the mild and moderate groups (P＜0.05); The age of the mild group was lower than that of the moderate group (P＜0.05); The duration of atrial fibrillation and other echocardiographic parameters in the severe group were higher than those in the moderate and low degree groups (P＜0.05); The duration of atrial fibrillation and other echocardiographic parameters in the moderate group were higher than those in the low group (P＜0.05); The results of correlation analysis showed that the severity of FTR in patients with atrial fibrillation was positively correlated with age, years of atrial fibrillation, right atrial area, right atrial pressure, sphericity index, and tricuspid valve annular diameter (P＜0.05). Conclusions: Age, years of atrial fibrillation, right atrial pressure, spherical index, and tricuspid valve annulus diameter have significant changes in different degrees of FTR in patients with atrial fibrillation, and they are positively correlated, providing certain support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
