摘要
目的:分析在冠心病患者中开展优质护理的临床应用有效性.方法:随机选取2021年2月至2023年2月期间在我医院接受治疗的冠心病患者80例,将入选的患者通过随机数字表分组方式划分为观察组与对照组各有40例,治疗期间对照组行常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理干预,将观察与对照两组患者最终取得的护理效果进行对比.结果:护理后与对照组各指标结果比较发现,观察组的护理管理质量得到显著提升,患者护理治疗依从性以及日常自我管理能力也明显增强,患者心绞痛发作频率以及心绞痛持续时间均明显减少,最终患者的心功能得到显著改善,患
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical application effectiveness of high-quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease. Method: 80 patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected. The selected patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table, with 40 patients in each group. During the treatment period, the control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality nursing interventions. The nursing outcomes of the observation and control groups were compared. Result: After nursing care, compared with the control group, it was found that the quality of nursing management in the observation group was significantly improved, and the patient''s compliance with nursing treatment and daily self-management ability were also significantly enhanced. The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in patients were significantly reduced, and ultimately the patient''s heart function was significantly improved. The patient''s quality of life and satisfaction score with nursing management were both high, There was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of data results between groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Implementing high-quality nursing services for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance their self-management ability, ensure that patients can maintain reasonable medication, diet, and exercise in their daily lives, reduce the degree of cardiac function damage, and improve their quality of life.
