Objective Explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function in stroke recovery patients.method:80 stroke recovery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group patients received routine care, while the observation group patients received early rehabilitation care. The improvement of FMA motor function score, modified Barthel index (MBI) score, SDS depression score, SAS anxiety score, PSQI Pittsburgh sleep quality index, SS-QOL stroke specific quality of life score, plasma viscosity, low shear blood viscosity Changes in indicators such as high shear blood viscosity and FIB.result:After nursing, the motor function, psychological state, sleep quality, quality of life and various rheology indexes of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Providing early rehabilitation care for stroke recovery patients can help improve their limb motor function, improve their mentality, and improve their quality of life.
