Objective To analyze the clinical observation and nursing experience of patients with myocardial infarction treated by external counterpulsation. Methods: 78 patients with myocardial infarction who received treatment in our hospital in recent years (2021.10-2022.8) were compared and analyzed. Results: After the completion of treatment, the curative effect of observation group and control group was compared: observation group was higher (P ＜ 0.05); Comparison of cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment: there was no difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05); comparison of improvement of cardiac function between the two groups after treatment: the increase was more obvious in the observation group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with myocardial infarction, taking in vitro antibotherapy can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect, but also can improve the cardiac function, more than the conventional treatment measures can promote post-treatment rehabilitation, in addition, in the treatment of patients should strengthen the nursing intervention, enhance the nursing effect.
